Process Optimization (Industrial Engineer)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 6 months training or experience in Process Optimization, Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Process Mapping Tools.
Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Certification (at least white belt certification) or Kaizen Lean Certification or similar process improvement certifications (Safety Officer 2)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work fully onsite (Mon-Sat) in Merville, Paranaque
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing and evaluating current production processes and workflows.
Use data analysis and modeling techniques to identify areas for improvement.
Develop manufacturing and processing procedures.
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure project goals are met.
