Highhopeevet is seeking highly motivated and skilled Molecular Biology Technicians to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art laboratory in UP Campus, Quezon City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

• Conducting a variety of molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and sequencing

• Performing routine laboratory procedures and maintaining detailed records of experimental protocols and results

• Assisting in the development and optimization of new molecular biology assays and protocols

• Collaborating with the research team to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements

• Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment

• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field

• Better with hands-on experience in a molecular biology laboratory setting

• Proficient in the use of standard molecular biology techniques and equipment, such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and DNA/RNA isolation

• Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with researchers and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software
