ICT TEACHER (SHS)

The ICT Teacher is responsible for delivering quality instruction in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) subjects to Senior High School students. The role involves preparing lesson plans, facilitating classroom and laboratory activities, assessing student performance, and promoting the development of technical, digital, and critical-thinking skills aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver ICT lessons and facilitate student learning.

• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.

• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide academic support.

• Manage the classroom and computer laboratory environment.

• Maintain academic records and submit required reports.

• Integrate relevant ICT trends and technologies into instruction.

• Promote responsible use of technology and ICT resources.

• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

• Perform other duties as assigned by school administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Education major in ICT, or any related field.

• Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is preferred.

• With teaching experience in Senior High School or related educational setting is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of computer applications, networking, programming, and educational technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic academic environment.
