What you'll do
Deliver one-on-one English coaching sessions to Japanese clients
Develop personalized lesson plans aligned to each learner's goals
Track student progress and adjust your approach accordingly
Create an encouraging, high-energy learning environment
Participate in curriculum development and team initiatives
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Education or any field
Clear, confident communicator — written and spoken English
Flexible with shifting schedules (AM: 6AM–3PM or PM: 1PM–10PM)
Willing to work on holidays and weekends (2 days off)
IELTS/TEFL/TESOL certified is a strong advantage
Basic Japanese (Nihongo) is a bonus — not required
