As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end processing of loan requirements by coordinating with buyers, preparing necessary loan documents, and ensuring timely submission to financing institutions such as Pag-IBIG. This could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with buyers to complete loan requirements in a timely manner.

• Assist buyers during document signing, address inquiries, and provide necessary guidance throughout the loan documentation process.

• Print and prepare loan documents required for submission and processing.

• Organize and compile completed buyer accounts into folders for internal tracking and submission.

• Verify and check documents before delivering them to Pag-IBIG or other partner agencies to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Monitor the status of buyer accounts and keep track of pending, completed, and submitted documents.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Course

• Experience in dealing personally with customers is required

• Basic knowledge about real estate documents

• Keen to details, analytical and with excellent communication skills

• Must be open to working in Cabuyao, Laguna.
