You are responsible for driving occupancy growth and building strategic partnerships for senior housing facilities. This role bridges business development and marketing to ensure effective outreach, strong partner relationships, and alignment with the company's commercial targets.

Responsibility

Coordinate with partner in daily operations of senior housing facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards
Monitor and control property finances, including budget preparation, expense management, and revenue optimization. Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including content creation, brand positioning, and lead generation to drive occupancy growth
Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare partners, suppliers, and our consultants that involve with our project
Coordinate and operate with consultants to ensure effective marketing strategies and reach the company target occupancy

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
1+ years of experience in real estate sector or process development is a plus
Proven track record in negotiation and coordination
Knowledge in financial and budgeting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain high occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies and resident satisfaction initiatives
Fluent in Thai and English(written and spoken)

Compensation
