Financial Planning & Analysis-Lead
Operations Management
Reviews and analyzes Financial reports and other management reports prepared by the clients’ staff or by Integrated Financial Reporting Services (IFRS) team of Infinnum.
Prepares Management Reports and Dashboards, Execom Deck Presentation.
Collaborates with clients' employees on Financial Accounting reports and related analysis
Analyzes financial data and provides analysis of trends and forecasts and recommends actions on but not limited to growth and profitability.
Performs and assists on special projects for clients such as feasibility studies, financial simulations and budgeting
Assists in the report presentation to clients ExeCom and Board meetings, if included in service engagement activities
Assists in strategic planning sessions in terms of presentation, data mining and research on economics and trends , facilitation, budgeting
Documents and reports to immediate head issues encounter that affects our delivery system to the client.
Attends internal Operations Committee and assists immediate head present required dashboards/reports
Attends Account meetings and assists immediate head present required dashboards/reports
Assists immediate head to identify the team's strengths and weaknesses/challenges, and participates in the improvement process
People Management
Monitors the performance of Junior Consultants based on objectives and deliverables contained in our service engagement contract with our clients.
Supervises and reviews the work of Junior Consultants
Assists in the training of Junior Consultants on matters, if any, related to the service engagement
Mentors and coaches Junior Consultants
Assists immediate head in effectively communicating goals and setting clear expectations to Junior Consultants
Engagement to other practice units teams for employee engagement and trainings.
Account/Client Management
Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely.
Develops good working relationship with internal and external partners that result in improvement and strong service delivery
Builds trust with clients and effectively identifies key opportunity areas that improve customer experience
Identify the issues and concerns of the account and inform immediate head
Suggests solutions to the identified issues and concerns
Participates with the managers on evaluating the accounts in terms of account profitability and customer satisfaction (CSAT), billing and collections.
Others
Makes recommendation to improve the existing service delivery practices and procedures
Protects organization’s value and maintain professional standards at all times
Adhere to the company's policies and operating guidelines.
Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by immediate head
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Key Skills: High proficiency in data interpretation (financial and economic indicators), executive presentation delivery, and team supervision.
Logistics: Open to travel/client site visits and able to work in a hybrid setup
