Key responsibilities:
Telesales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:
- Order-taking
- Processing of payment
- Handling of complaints
- Listing of bad orders
- Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to work during Saturday.
- Work location: Cauayan, Isabela
- Should be willing to undergo training in Binondo, Manila for a month.
