Head Sales and Marketing
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, architecture, engineering, or related field
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development, marketing leadership, corporate fit-out, construction, real estate, design, or professional services is an advantage
Proven experience managing key accounts and driving business growth
A strong network within the corporate, developer, and commercial real estate sectors is preferred
Experience in regional or international business development is an advantage
Strong business development and negotiation capabilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with sales CRM systems and marketing analytics
Strong proposal and presentation development capabilities

Job Description:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Expand the company's presence in target industries, including corporate offices, BPO, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, technology, and regional headquarters.
Build and manage sales pipelines, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition initiatives.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Collaborate with Operations and project teams to ensure a strong post-project client relationship
Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of the Company's services
Maintain regular engagement with strategic accounts and industry partners
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to improve performance and accountability
Establish sales target, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems
Drive proposal strategies, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Support high-level client meetings and strategic business presentations
Coordinate with designs, operations, and management teams to align business development strategies
Oversee marketing campaigns, corporate communications and brand positioning initiatives
Strengthen Company visibility through digital marketing, LinkedIn presence, corporate presentations
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and client-facing materials.
