Social Media Admin Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator (Admin VA) to support a growing coaching and therapy practice serving female entrepreneurs. This role blends social media content management across LinkedIn and Instagram with administrative and operational support, including lead tracking, event coordination, and follow-up communications. The ideal candidate excels at building structure, tracking performance, and keeping everything running consistently and smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram using Notion
Schedule and publish social media posts in alignment with the established content strategy
Monitor social media analytics and prepare clear and actionable reports on content performance and areas needing adjustment
Maintain organized and current records of all published content, upcoming posts, and performance data
Provide administrative support for monthly masterclass events, including managing registrations, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up communications
Handle lead tracking and follow-up outreach to move prospects toward booked sales consultations
Complete data entry and back-end operational tasks that keep the business organized and running smoothly
Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, content planning processes, and organizational systems
Assist with landing page coordination and other marketing-related tasks as they arise
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in Notion for content planning, performance tracking, and workspace organization
Experience coordinating social media content specifically for LinkedIn and Instagram
Ability to interpret and report clearly on social media analytics and content performance
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a preference for structured systems
Experience with administrative tasks including data entry, lead tracking, and follow-up management
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data management and reporting
Reliable, thorough, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate productively with a business owner
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for content support
Experience supporting coaches, therapists, or service-based entrepreneurs
Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy and social media best practices
Experience coordinating virtual events, webinars, or live masterclasses
Familiarity with CRM or lead management workflows
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for suggesting improvements and exploring new ideas
