Recruitment Specialist (Project-Based | 3–6 Months)
Location: Marikina City
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support the company’s hiring requirements for various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified applicants, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the overall recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on project requirements

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments of applicants

• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate evaluation and final selection

• Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment channels

• Schedule interviews and provide timely updates to applicants throughout the hiring process

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and status reports

• Handle candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive recruitment experience

• Meet required endorsement targets and manpower requests

• Assist with onboarding requirements and documentation of selected candidates

• Submit regular recruitment progress reports to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field

• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

• Experience in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment tracking tools

• Capable of working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
