Senior Frontend Software Engineer (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about crafting blazing-fast, scalable web applications and mastering modern development workflows. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our frontend architecture optimizing build pipelines, managing high-performance states, and building beautiful, accessible UIs that users love.

What You’ll Do

• Architect at Scale: Design and maintain large-scale frontend codebases using modern Monorepo architectures (Nx/Turborepo) and advanced TypeScript.

• Optimize Performance: Own our build and bundling systems (Vite, Webpack), leveraging code-splitting, tree-shaking, and Server-Side Rendering (Next.js) to deliver instant load times.

• Craft Beautiful UIs: Build fluid, highly responsive user experiences using Tailwind CSS, design tokens, and headless UI libraries like Radix/Shadcn.

• Bridge Frontend & Backend: Handle real-time data streaming (WebSockets/Socket.IO), complex state management, and robust API integrations.

What You Bring

• The React Ecosystem: Mastery of React, complex state tools (Zustand, Redux, or Context), and data fetching via TanStack Query.

• Modern Build & Tooling: Deep knowledge of bundling ecosystem tools (Vite, Rollup, Babel) and package managers like pnpm.

• Full-Stack Awareness: Solid understanding of Node.js core concepts (SSR, Event Loop) and backend API consumption.

• Engineering Rigor: Passion for clean code, using tools like ESLint/Prettier, form validation with Zod, and automating builds via CI/CD pipelines.
