Brand Associate

1. Job Summary

The Associate – Brand Marketing supports the marketing team in executing brand initiatives, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. This role involves analyzing market and competitor data, assisting in product-related activities, and helping implement marketing programs to strengthen brand presence. The Associate works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations and effective brand support.

Key Responsibilities

·         Monitor product assortment and availability, assisting in product-related decision support.

·         Collect, organize, and analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to support brand decisions.

·         Assist in planning and coordinating marketing activities, including product launches and promotional initiatives.

·         Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing and communication materials.

·         Support coordination between marketing, sales, and external partners or vendors.

·         Track basic performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to the team.

·         Assist in maintaining and updating brand assets, documentation, and marketing materials.

·         Stay updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities.

·         Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team as required.

1. Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·         1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand support, or a related function.

·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively in a team.

·         Interest in marketing, branding, and industry trends.
