Office Staff/Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Staff/Coordinator to join our dynamic team at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP' in Imus City Cavite. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative assistance across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a wide range of administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and general office duties

  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements

  • Maintaining and updating office records and databases

  • Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations

  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A flexible and adaptable team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
