Electrical Design Engineer
Description
Responsible in designing and drafting electrical plans, load calculations and other electrical-related requirements (e.g. estimates)
Reviews electrical plans & specifications and identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively
Responsible for delivering quality electrical design solutions that meet the company's and industry's standards
Ensures quality of electrical works are in accordance with the project specific costs, standards, and schedule requirements
Engage with Engineers and/or Senior managers regularly, reporting on project status, activities, and achievements
Conducts site inspections (when necessary)
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in both verbal and written communication
Has working knowledge on MS Office
Proficient in AutoCAD
Has strong Analytical & Organizational skills
Keen Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Able to multitask
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer
With at least 1 year experience in electrical system designing and related fields
Has knowledge in Electrical Code and construction Methodology
