Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 1–2 years experience as Technical Engineer
Willing to travel within assigned areas for project/site requirements
With driving skills and a valid driver's license
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in:
Industrial Automation
Fire Protection Systems / Fire Pumps
PLC & SCADA Systems
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: End-to-end client assistance from start to end of project
Client Coordination: Provide complex technical information to clients
Sales Support: Offers unwavering support to the Sales Team
Project Knowledge: Mastery of product line
Project Knowledge: Ability to manage issues in relation to the product line
Documentation: Submission of necessary documentations and Project/Service Report as per schedule
