The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales team activities, motivate reps, and drive strategic initiatives to hit company quotas. Reporting directly to senior management, this role is highly impactful, contributing directly to our market volume and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Goal Setting: Define, communicate, and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Leadership: Coach sales reps on target execution and motivate them to consistently hit quotas.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement actionable sales programs to achieve company growth.
Market Intelligence: Assess competitor shifts, industry benchmarks, costs, and supply/demand to set optimal selling prices.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, detailed sales and volume forecasts to Management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of solid corporate experience in the retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
Track Record: Proven success leading teams, managing sales pipelines, and hitting targets.
Communication: Highly proficient in oral and written English and Filipino with strong interpersonal skills.
