Project Superintendent - Caloocan City
Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven Project Superintendent who will assist the Project Manager in overseeing the inter-phasing of structural works and direct field personnel to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, preferably a licensed Civil Engineer
Must have at least (5) years of work experience in a similar capacity within the construction or infrastructure industry.
Assists the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating the overall sequencing and inter-phasing of structural works.
Leads and directs all field personnel to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards, original plans, and specifications.
Must possess strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate multiple trades and teams effectively.
Must possess good communication skills as the role requires collaboration meeting with the client as well as project management and team members.
