Reservation Officer
We are looking for a customer-oriented and organized Reservation Officer to manage bookings and guest inquiries for our transit lounge and hotel operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate reservations, provide excellent customer service, and assist guests with accommodation and lounge arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle room and transit lounge reservations through phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms
Assist guests with booking inquiries, rates, room availability, and hotel services
Process reservations accurately and update booking systems accordingly
Coordinate with Front Office and Operations teams regarding guest arrivals and special requests
Monitor reservation schedules and ensure proper documentation of bookings
Handle cancellations, modifications, and payment concerns professionally
Maintain good customer relations and provide excellent guest assistance
Prepare reservation reports and daily booking updates
Ensure proper endorsement of guest information to concerned departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
Experience in hotel reservations, front office, customer service, or hospitality industry is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
