Recruitment Specialist
About the role
We specialize in providing high-level IT resources for AI, XR, and Digital Transformation projects. We help our clients scale by matching them with the specific technical expertise they need to grow.
In this role, you will be involved in the IT project lifecycle, including:
Talent Sourcing – Source candidates, maintain and expand the talent base.
Client Engagement – Approach new clients as well as building relationship with existing clients to expand our services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Sales activities
Identify and approach new clients
Understand hiring needs and project requirements from clients
Propose suitable talent or teams to clients
Support contract negotiation and closing
Build relationships with clients and expand our business
2. Talent Sourcing
Source candidates through job advertisements across social media, job boards and other channels
Collaborate closely with managers and clients to define role requirements and craft job descriptions
Understand candidate skills and experience, match suitable candidates to client requirements
Coordinate internal and external interviews
Support job fairs with partner universities
Maintain and expand the talent database; and provide regular progress reports to management
Follow up with clients and talents, and handle issues
Reporting to internal sales, HR, and management teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT related field.
2–3 years of experience in the following field:
Staffing / recruitment
HR with client interaction
Sales / account management / Business Development
Strong communication skills in Thai and English
Self-driven and goal-oriented
Working Conditions
9:00 – 18:00 (Flexible)
AIA Capital Center (MRT Thailand Cultural Centre)
