Testing and Commissioning Engineer MEPF - Parañaque City
Plan and implement testing and commissioning activities for MEPF systems.
Review drawings, specifications, and method statements prior to execution.
Conduct inspections, testing, and functional verification of systems (FCU, AHU, pumps, electrical, FDAS, etc.)
Ensure compliance with Quality procedures, ITPs, and international standards.
Prepare and submit WIRs, test reports, and commissioning documentation.
Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Identify defects, raise NCRs/punch lists, and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues during testing.
Ensure all activities comply with HSE and safety requirements.
Support system handover, client acceptance, and O&M training.
