Full-Stack Developer | Integrations & Automations Experience

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer with experience in integrations and automations who takes pride in seeing work through to completion.

This role emphasizes ownership end-to-end: from frontend to backend, from integrations to deployment, and from internal tools to production-ready systems that create real operational impact.

You’ll be working across modern automation stacks, business systems, and AI-enabled workflows for a variety of real-world client applications.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features using modern JavaScript frameworks and APIs.

• Develop internal tools, automations, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Own backend logic, workflows, integrations, and data models.

• Work with APIs and third-party platforms to automate business processes.

• Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to define “done” before development starts.

• Write code that is maintainable, testable, and production-ready.

• Improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience over time.

• Help troubleshoot production issues and close implementation gaps quickly.

What We Expect

• Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Solid backend experience with Node.js or similar technologies.

• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with relational databases and structured data models.

• Experience with automation platforms and workflow systems.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• You test your work, document decisions, and close loops.

• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is highly desirable.

Work Setup
