Amazon Account Specialist
The Company is an established brand with a strong presence on Amazon's vendor (1P) channel. As we continue to scale our Amazon channel, we are hiring an experienced specialist to take ownership of day-to-day account performance, catalog health, and channel growth.
The Role
The Amazon Account Specialist is a hands-on operator who will own the full Vendor Central workstream for the brand — catalog quality, operational health, inventory and forecasting, and advertising. You will be the primary executor of our Amazon channel strategy, working closely with the U.S.-based Amazon Channel Lead and reporting into the operations team.
This role requires someone who is fluent in the rhythms of a 1P vendor relationship: POs, ASN/PO confirmations, chargeback disputes, A+ Content remediation, case management with Amazon, and the weekly cadence of Vendor Performance reporting. You will be expected to make sound day-to-day judgment calls independently while escalating thoughtfully on items with commercial impact.
What You'll Own
Catalog Health & A+ Content
Resolve the backlog of catalog defects across our active ASIN set — image quality, missing or incomplete A+ Content, suppressed listings, variation/parentage issues, and size guide problems
Build out Premium A+ Content for hero ASINs and roll out an A+ template system across the full catalog
Identify and address ASINs with elevated return rates driven by sizing or content gaps, partnering with merchandising and design on fit and product description fixes
Maintain catalog accuracy across attributes, parentage, browse nodes, and detail page elements
Vendor Central Operations
Manage day-to-day Vendor Central operations: PO confirmations, ASN submissions, shipment tracking, and on-time delivery monitoring
Open and resolve cases for shortages, chargebacks, price discrepancies, ASIN issues, and operational disputes
Coordinate with our Amazon Vendor Services partner (VSP) and internal logistics teams to keep the account in good operational standing
Monitor and act on Vendor Performance scorecards weekly
Inventory & Forecasting
Track sell-through, weeks of cover, and Amazon's demand forecast against our internal plan
Surface aged inventory, sellable overstock, and out-of-stock risks early — before they become Amazon escalations
Partner with the COO and Amazon Channel Lead on inventory health framework discussions with Amazon (TIP, damages, markdown funding, RTV scenarios)
Flag forecast discrepancies that drive replenishment misalignment and propose corrective actions
Advertising / AMS
Manage Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns: keyword research, bid management, negative targeting, and creative optimization
Track ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS at the ASIN and campaign level; report on advertising performance weekly
Coordinate seasonal push periods (Prime Day, fall dress season, holiday/cocktail-dress season) with the broader marketing team
Surface opportunities for DSP and Premium A+ video where the ROI supports it
What We're Looking For
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) — Seller Central (3P) experience alone is not a fit for this role
Demonstrated track record managing a women's apparel or fashion vendor account, ideally with seasonal product cycles
Deep familiarity with A+ Content builder, Brand Registry, and the Vendor Central case-management workflow
Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising console — Sponsored Products at minimum
Strong Excel skills, comfort reading and reconciling vendor performance workbooks
Strongly Preferred
Experience with Premium A+ Content
Familiarity with Vendor Central's newer Custom Analytics dashboards (ARA vs. CA comparison views)
Experience supporting an active vendor terms negotiation cycle (inventory health, damages, sellable overstock dispositions)
