REGIONAL MARKETING LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE
Marketing material management
Manage the production, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, and promotional items.
Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to and materials are ready for campaigns, events, and sales activities.
Manage the distribution of marketing collaterals and promotional items to channel partners (realty firms, brokers) and branch offices.
Track usage to prevent wastage and ensure equitable distribution.
Event Planning and Coordination
Plan and execute marketing events, such as property launches, open houses, and trade show
Handle logistical arrangements, including venue selection, vendor management, event setup, permits, transportation, and post-event evaluation
Plan and coordinate all logistical requirements for regional events, such as open houses, sales rallies, and mall exhibits.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and inventories.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the Regional Marketing Head, including updates on campaigns, events, and logistical performance.
Handle scheduling and administrative requirements for meetings, training, and marketing initiatives.
Provide post-campaign logistical summaries to evaluate process efficiency and highlight improvement areas.
INVENTORY AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Oversee the inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment.
Track budgets for logistics-related expenses and prepare detailed financial reports.
Assist in monitoring logistical budgets for regional activities, ensuring spending aligns with approved allocations.
Provide detailed cost reports to regional marketing teams for tracking and auditing purposes.
CAMPAIGN AND SALES SUPPORT
Ensure marketing tools and resources are available and accessible to sales teams, including digital and physical assets.
Monitor campaign schedules and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Oversee the setup and maintenance of showroom displays and promotional signages.
Ensure showrooms across branches are always equipped with updated marketing materials and are presentable to clients
STAKEHOLDER LIASON
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for logistical and operational inquiries.
DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING
Gather and analyze data related to marketing logistics and campaign performance.
Submit regular reports to the Regional Marketing Head with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain records of logistics operations, including inventory levels, distribution logs, and expense reports.
VENDOR AND PARTNER COORDINATION
Liaise with local vendors for the production of marketing collaterals and sourcing of promotional items.
Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery of required materials.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Ensure all materials and setups meet company standards and are in line with campaign objectives.
Conduct pre-event inspections and post-event assessments to ensure operational excellence.
