Role Overview
Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in painted automotive parts. They are seeking a Data Analyst to join their technology and operations team and contribute to the development of data-driven insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will analyze business performance across e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and marketing operations to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, marketing, and technology teams to identify trends, improve processes, and support scalable growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems, including e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, marketing platforms, and operational databases.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
Identify trends, patterns, and operational insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, inventory planning, pricing analysis, and operational optimization initiatives.
Monitor key business metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.
Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion trends to support growth initiatives.
Work with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
Contribute to data automation and process improvement initiatives that increase reporting efficiency and scalability.
Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics-related roles, ideally within e-commerce, operations, or high-growth environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with e-commerce, marketing, or operational datasets and KPIs.
Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and data integration concepts.
Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable business insights.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Python, R, or cloud data platforms (Google Cloud preferred) is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.
