Geodetic Engineer – Field Surveyor (Pampanga)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a licensed Geodetic Engineer - Field Surveyor who enjoys fieldwork and precision to support our growing real estate development projects. If you thrive outdoors, love working with survey instruments, and want to see your work shape communities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land measurements and mapping using specialized surveying instruments.

• Determine and establish legal land boundaries.

• Set up and maintain ground control networks, including alignment checks.

• Establish vertical controls and alignments for civil and structural works.

• Install PS/Mojon markers and other survey monuments.

• Perform staking and layout of structural footprints.

• Prepare schematic layouts of land parcels.

• Process survey data and produce CAD drawings.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams for project planning.

• Communicate survey results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC)

• With experience in field surveying (real estate or construction)

• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and survey data processing

• Willing to work on project sites and extended field operations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
