Staff Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a Staff Engineer to join our team at Cotabato Sugar Central Co., Inc. (CSCCI) in Matalam, Cotabato. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our sugar production facilities.
What you'll be doing
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the operation and maintenance of our sugar production machinery and equipment
Conducting regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
Collaborating with the production team to optimise processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of new and upgraded production systems
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
What we're looking for
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
