Customer Service Executive

฿46,667 – ฿70,000 per month (THB)
This role is located outside the Philippines. You cannot apply because it does not meet Department of Migrant Workers requirements.
Job Responsibilities
1. Presales: assist the mechanical designer to do the structure dimension measurement; assist sales to visit customer for technical introduction
2. After sales: give the proper troubleshooting and finish it in the required time by online or on-site service; promote the new technology solution and get the upgrade order. Customer stratification should be more than 90%
3. Documents written: machine installation SOP and troubleshooting
4. Oversee daily operations and facility maintenance of the Thailand local office
Requirements:
1. Language: Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) + proficient in English or Thai
2. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
3. Teamwork & Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals.
4. Willing to travel: Willing to frequently travel to client sites within 300km of Bangkok
