Admin and Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:
* Manage bookkeeping and daily transaction recording
* Monitor accounts receivable and payable
* Prepare invoices and reports
* Coordinate collections and payments
* Maintain organized records and documentation
* Support inventory documentation and reconciliation
Requirements:
* Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Business-related course
* Experience in accounting/admin preferred
* Proficient in Excel
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Honest, dependable, and proactive
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
8:00AM - 5:00PM
