ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (HMO)

As an Account Management Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term relationship with our clients. You will work closely to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and ensure optimal service that aligns with their business goals. You will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while meeting sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Visits: Conduct regular utilization review and client visits to identify potential risks of churning and offer solutions to improve their experience.
Utilization Report: Prepare regular medical utilization reports, interpret the data, transpose into a presentation, and make recommendations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and sales activity. Provide regular updates to the supervisor and manager.
Market Insight: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and ensure that they have the most suitable program.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify and recommend relevant benefits to existing clients based on their current experience.
Customer Retention: Actively engage customers to build lasting relationships.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to availments, billing, enrollment or account management.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
Medical Allied course is an advantage but not required
With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles, preferably in a retention-focused environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle challenging conversations.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
