Social Worker (Residential)

The Residential Social Workers (Makati and Dasmariñas, Cavite) ensures the protection, development, and overall well-being of children under care by providing psychosocial support, case management, and coordination of services in a safe and nurturing environment.

Job Description

• Conduct case management, assessments, and documentation for children in residential care

• Provide psychosocial support, counseling, and life skills interventions

• Coordinate with house parents, teachers, psychologists, and external partners

• Monitor children’s progress, welfare, and compliance with care plans

• Uphold child protection policies and promote the best interests of the child

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work

• With Professional License as Social Worker

• At least 1 year experience in a child-caring institution

• Equipped with practice in individual and group behavior management

• Can prepare and implement a case management plan for each child under Residential Program.

• Preferably with four (4) hours of relevant training in handling cases/managing cases/casework etc.
