Procurement Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily purchasing operations for multiple fit-out projects

• Process and monitor purchase requests, RFQs, and purchase orders.

• Coordinate with project teams for material requirements and delivery schedules.

• Source suppliers and subcontractors for construction materials and services

• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery to sites.

• Monitor the inventory of commonly used materials

• Assist in price negotiations and cost comparisons

• Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards

• Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and documentation

• Handle supplier issues, delays, and discrepancies.

• Support the procurement manager in reporting and planning
