Industrial Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lipa City Batangas. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our operations and driving process improvements across the organization. As an Industrial Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality, contributing to the overall success of our logistics business.

What you'll be doing

1. Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify areas for optimization

2. Design and implement new systems, procedures, and methods to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase productivity

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement

4. Conduct time and motion studies, work sampling, and other industrial engineering analyses to identify and eliminate waste

5. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of implemented changes

6. Provide recommendations and technical support to management on matters related to process improvement and operational efficiency

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering to drive innovation

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment

3. Proficient in process optimization, data analysis, and project management techniques

4. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

6. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and experience in Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
