Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and clearly explain product features, uses, and benefits.
Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and addressing customers’ health needs and concerns.
Carry out administrative duties as delegated by the Store Executive.
Drive sales performance and support day-to-day retail store operations.
Actively participate in store-led improvement, engagement, and development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field; graduates of medical-related courses such as Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Nursing are an advantage.
Must be a licensed and registered Pharmacist.
Prior experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, confident, and assertive.
Willing to work onsite at any of the company’s store locations.
