Company Physician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Part-Time Company Physician to oversee the health and wellness of our employees and support our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program. The physician will provide medical consultations, conduct health assessments, assist in managing workplace injuries, and ensure compliance with workplace health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-employment and annual physical exams.
Provide medical consultations and first aid for employees.
Maintain and update medical records and health reports.
Participate in OSH program implementation and compliance.
Assist in the investigation of workplace injuries or illnesses.
Promote wellness and preventive health programs.
Coordinate with management regarding employee health issues and fitness to work.
Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and other regulatory health requirements.
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a valid license to practice.
• Must possess a valid OSH Certificate.
• WILLING TO WORK ON A HYBRID SETUP: 3 DAYS ONSITE AND 2 DAYS VIA TELECONSULTATION.
• Experience in occupational health or a company clinic setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
