Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description
Thrive Life Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and can create a warm and welcoming experience while supporting daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries
Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
Support front desk and administrative tasks
Maintain organized records and ensure smooth client flow
Assist in promoting services and supporting sales initiatives
Coordinate with team members to provide excellent client experience
Qualifications
Preferably a college graduate
Minimum of 3 years of front desk or customer-facing experience
Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
With background in cashiering and handling transactions
Computer literate
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
Stable employment history
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Work Schedule
Full-time position
Must be willing to work weekends
