Job Description

Thrive Life Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and can create a warm and welcoming experience while supporting daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries

  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately

  • Support front desk and administrative tasks

  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth client flow

  • Assist in promoting services and supporting sales initiatives

  • Coordinate with team members to provide excellent client experience

Qualifications

  • Preferably a college graduate

  • Minimum of 3 years of front desk or customer-facing experience

  • Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales skills and customer service orientation

  • With background in cashiering and handling transactions

  • Computer literate

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva

  • Stable employment history

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position

  • Must be willing to work weekends
