Inside Sales Agent (Work From Home)

• Calling to qualify leads and book appointments.
• Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings and present our solutions to business owners.
• Manage the full cycle from the first "hello" to the final "yes."

Non-negotiables:

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia) 
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales

Technical Requirements:

1. Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
2. Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable
3. RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
4. Headset with a noise-canceling feature
5. High Definition Webcam
