Job Description
Load programs, set tool offsets, and perform machine adjustments
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
Monitor machining operations and make corrections as needed
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, dimensional errors, machine alarms)
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Document production results and report issues to supervisors
Work with engineers and supervisors to improve processes and reduce scrap
Job Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC mills/lathes
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
Basic CNC programming and machine setup experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
