Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator Support plays a critical role in assisting Producers with the quoting, binding, and administrative processing of insurance policies. This position ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up with carrier underwriters and insureds while maintaining high-quality data entry and system integrity across agency platforms.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and experience working within insurance management systems such as Applied EPIC and carrier portals.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Producer Support

  • Assist Producers with quoting and binding policies
  • Review applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Attach emails and supporting documents within agency management systems
  • Follow up with carrier underwriters and insureds to obtain missing information
  • Monitor and track outstanding quotes and policy documents

🔹 System & Data Management

  • Set up new clients and policies in Applied EPIC
  • Enter and verify data in Indio and other internal systems
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with internal workflow and system processes

🔹 Carrier & Client Coordination

  • Communicate with carrier underwriters regarding:
    • Missing information
    • Quote revisions
    • Binding confirmations
  • Follow up with insureds for documentation and required forms
  • Ensure timely response and turnaround on requests

Systems & Platforms Used

  • Applied EPIC
  • CSR24
  • Indio
  • Multiple carrier quoting platforms
  • Email and document management systems

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance agency support (Commercial or P&C preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Applied EPIC (highly preferred)
  • Experience working with carrier portals and quoting systems
  • Strong administrative and data-entry accuracy
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
