Job Description
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakeshop to ensure efficient workflow, product quality, and excellent customer service. The role involves supervising store staff, implementing company policies and procedures, managing inventory and cash controls, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards. The Branch Supervisor monitors sales performance, prepares reports, addresses customer concerns, and supports the achievement of branch sales and operational targets while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
Branch Locations: Bajada, Toril ( Lubugan, IWHA, Fishport)

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- With or without supervisory experience in bakery/food (training will be provided).
- Strong interest in bakery operations, customer service, and team management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, responsible, and with a positive work attitude.
