MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Description

Operate and control machinery according to specific instructions and blueprints to produce goods.
Configure machines for production runs and make adjustments to optimize performance and maintain product specifications.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, clean equipment, and identify issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Inspect finished products for defects, remove defective items, and ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
Adhere to safety guidelines, conduct safety meetings, and ensure machinery operates safely.
Observe machines during operation, monitor for problems, and take corrective action or call for technical assistance when needed.
Load raw materials into machines and unload and package finished products.
Record production data, report issues to supervisors, and maintain relevant documentation.
