Job Description
Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Handle billing inquiries, account updates, and technical concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Document interactions and update customer records in the system
Ensure a positive customer experience in every call
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (SHS), College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
No Experience Needed
Minimum of 6 months BPO/call center experience is a PLUS!
Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
Willing to work onsite in Cebu
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
