Job Description
Overview:
Provide excellent support by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve complaints and escalate when needed.
Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Stay informed about products and services.
Collaborate with the team to improve service.
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to remain calm and professional.
Basic computer proficiency.
Job Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
HS Level or College Level
With or without BPO experience, all are welcome.
Willing to be trained.
