Ka-Eastern Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice to Management on a broad range of matters to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
Our Legal Counsel partners closely with various teams across the Company to prepare and review contracts and legal documents, provide advice on transactional matters, and contribute to the strategic direction of the Company.
Qualifications:
A licensed lawyer with at least 2 years of experience from an established law firm or as in-house counsel
A self starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with minimum supervision, highly analytical and can assess risk and impact of decisions, and possesses good management skills
Able to provide legally sound and commercially astute advice
A good team player with high level of integrity
