Assistant Manager - Voice and Accent Training | Iloilo City
Job Description:
- Responsible for conducting informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel, including all Trainers.
- A great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. He/she must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
- Facilitate new hire training for Pre-process batches
- Create, organize, plan, and deliver various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees
- Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Conduct coaching and feedback for teams assigned on the floor
- Conduct Train the Trainer Programs for new trainers/ capability upliftment trainings for existing trainers
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a trainer within BPO industry environment; at least 2 years as a Training Lead or Training Supervisor focusing on Soft Skills Training or Communications Training
- Preferred experience in General Insurance, Customer Service/Sales Experience within BPO industry Environment
