About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Le Katsu Manila Corporation in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and budget planning
• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency
