Digital Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Design and create high-quality visual content, including logos, graphics, infographics, and social media assets.
• Develop branded visual identity guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials.
• Create engaging campaigns and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's voice, tone, and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Assist in the development of budget plans and forecasts for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Atleast 2 years of experience in digital marketing or graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design softwares.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn etc.).
