Collection Agent (Tagalog Speaking)

What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and assist them in finding solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
   

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in Tagalog (required).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in Tagalog.
• Assertiveness to handle conversations and negotiations confidently.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and find effective solutions.
