Technical Support Engineer

Provide frontline technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Handle escalations, perform maintenance, and participate in on-call rotations while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues; escalate complex cases.
  • Maintain service records and conduct system maintenance.
  • Educate clients on best practices and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and obtain certifications.

Preferred Certification:
Huawei Datacom, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Virtualization).
