We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead who can elevate our brand voice, develop powerful content, and drive impactful marketing campaigns that connect with families and providers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write clear, professional, and engaging content across multiple brands and platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and guidelines.
  • Develop SEO-optimised website content, written resources, guides, and email templates.
  • Keep marketing materials fresh, informative, and relevant.

Email & SMS Campaign Management

  • Manage weekly eDMs, email automations, and SMS communications.
  • Create compelling subject lines, calls-to-action, and personalised content.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimise for engagement and conversions.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to nurture leads and drive reactivations.

Marketing Support & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with external partners, PR consultants, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Manage creative briefs and coordinate with design consultants to deliver high-quality marketing assets.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and a command of language.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand voice development.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and their application in content creation.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, SMS platforms (preferably ActiveCampaign), and electronic direct mail (EDM).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud experience highly regarded).
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a collaborative approach and commitment to delivering results.
